RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Sterling Timepieces we are passionate about our products but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Sterling Timepiece we offer a 14 Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee on all orders.
Following our commitment to quality, to be eligible for a refund your item must be unused, in its original packaging including the leatherette and velour watch box with proof of purchase and all associated material. Items must be returned as a whole and not as separate parts.
Please send us an email to email@example.com to notify our customer services team that you would like a refund. Please specify your name, address, order number and importantly the reason for your return to schedule the return. We will then send you a Customer Returns Form which is to be completed and returned along with your items.
We advise that all returns are sent by Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns unless signed for by a member of Sterling Timepiece’s staff.
Once we have received your return, we will inform you via email. Returns are usually processed within 10 business days, although during busy periods this may vary.
Refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear on your card.
Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
If you would prefer to exchange your order for another item, as long as it is in stock we will send it to you usually within 5 business days of receiving your return. If your requested item is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss your options.
